30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at JewelryRider, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

If you would like to request an exchange, instead of a return, please contact one of our representatives within 48 hours of receiving your order. JewelryRider will cover the back and forth shipping fees by recorded mail under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.

The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees under the following circumstances:

Customer ordered the wrong size.

Customer does not like the item in person.

Please note:

Items can't be exchanged more than once. The time frame for this must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@JewelryRider.com and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Important:

Items must be returned with jewelry tag still attached. Tag should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item. If purchasing a ring, the tag does not impact how the ring fits.

Personalized items and custom orders with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, cannot be returned.

Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned.

Custom sizes are all of other sizes except the following:

Women’s Sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Men’s Sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.

Please note:

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.

Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the £15.95 DHL or £20 UPS fee returned to them. Customers who chose free shipping on their order will have a £6 shipping fee deducted from their refund.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

Take It Off.

Believe it or not, caring for your ring occasionally means taking it off, especially during the following activities:

Sports: Holding a tennis racket tightly is particularly not good for a ring with stones going all the way around — especially if you’re left-handed. As for taking your ring to the gym, lifting weights with it on can be hazardous. You wouldn’t want a heavy dumbbell making contact with your stone.
Gardening: It is possible to chip your stones or knock the settings loose while doing heavy yard work.
Cleaning house: It’s a good idea not to wear your ring while doing the dishes: harsh chemical soaps or cleansers can soil the ring.
Safekeeping.

If you’ll be taking your ring off to do the activities above, make sure you have a safe — and memorable — place to put it.
Keep It Free From Lotion, Sunscreen And Perfume. These products can gunk up your ring- it’s a good idea to take it off before you apply product.

Have Your Setting Checked Regularly.
Most jewelers recommend you have your setting checked every six months to make sure nothing has become loose.
DON’T SWIM IN THE OCEAN WHILE WEARING YOUR RING! Cold water may shrink your fingers just enough to loosen the ring from your finger, and if you lose it in the deep blue sea, you won’t be seeing it again.
Be Careful In The Kitchen.Cookie dough, turkey loaf, a piecrust… it’s great to mix with your fingers. But these foods can leave a film on your ring and really affect its luster.
Don’t Wear Jewelry In Swimming Pools and Spas – Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewelry causing color changes and even structural damage. As a result it’s a good idea to remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.
Remove Your Jewelry Before Bathing – Remove all jewelry before showering or cleaning. Soap can cause a film to form, making it appear dull and dingy. By preventing the formation of this film you immediately reduce the occasions of servicing.
Keep It Clean.

Most jewelers will clean your ring free of charge, so take advantage of this courtesy. If you don’t have time to get to the jewelry store, there are a few ways to clean your ring at home.

JewelryRider suggests using a gentle dish detergent to clean lotion buildup from the bottom of the mounting. Simply scrub the top and bottom with a soft toothbrush and rinse several times in hot water. For extra shine, soak your ring in a small bowl of baking soda diluted with three times the amount of water, and gently brush the top and bottom of the mounting with a soft toothbrush. Dip the ring into the solution again, then rinse in warm water several times to be sure to get all of the solution off. You may set the ring on a soft towel to dry, or gently pat it dry.
